Don't be so cold about trees, imagine living in a desert, I don't think people like that too much...

And oh yes, the question is - Are you willing to plant trees?

i know you mean well... but all trees were not created equal!

in california, the eucalyptus trees must be cut down. why? because they grow very fast and shade out the native trees that grow more slowly. also, they release a chemical into the soil to protect themselves from various other plants and animals, which creates a dead zone around the tree. in florida, the australian pine is sterilizing the ground it grows in to have a similar effect.

trees are magnificent... but make a pledge to first do no harm. invasive species are just incredibly good adaptors, we must work to ensure our stewardship is sensitive to our local area and populations. so... plant a big native tree! it's tailor made by god for your yard! peace!

you may plant each time, yet as somebody stated already, fall is the final time to plant (a minimum of in zone 5 and above). individually i've got had the final success with planting interior the autumn. it is for stuff that has already been dug up. there are specific flowers you may desire to evade transplanting interior the autumn...as an occasion you're extra desirable off transplanting an evergreen in spring vs. fall.

Yeah, we all should I guess people don't realize that their kids, grand kids and so on will be the ones suffering from polluted air. All around the country they are knocking down forest preserves to build sub-divisions, if we all work together it will help tremendously. No one does their part because of mere laziness.
