The man main argument is that 4000 years ago your house was his.
The man who took the house committed a crime which is a valuation by God laws and man laws.
God laws prohibit taking or stealing the property of the others

The UN Security Council made peaceful resolution to the two men house ownership problem.
The peaceful resolution was the legal owner should share his house with the man who committed moral and legal crime.
But the man who committed the crime the ZIONIST wants most of the house 90% for his small family.

A lot of legal and illegal or at least unethical property transactions have taken place in that tiny piece of real estate over the past 4000 years, Mark, involving ancient Romans, invading Muslims, Crusading Christians, imperialistic Britons, Jews making legitimate deals with cold hard cash, crazed and bloody Zionists....

It's a job for a guy the likes of King Solomon to straighten out who really should be living in the house of which you speak. It reminds me of the history that Americans of European descent have had with the "savage" Native Americans. Reparations to the Native Americans are definitely in order. But giving the whole country back to the Cherokee tri-ibe? What about the Sioux or the Choctaw or whatever tribe the Cherokees kicked off THEIR land?

trespass=death

the modern law of today at least in Texas. 4000 years ago I believe that still would have been the case. Statutes of Limitation and adverse possession. That will be what places the law in favor for you. So as for as a divine intervention is involved then GOD obviously left him out in the cold for not 4 minutes, 4 hours, 4 days, 4 years for that matter but for 40 lifetimes so it's probably written by GOD for him to have never had that house then nor now.

If I understand your question correctly, the premise is as follows:

a man arrives on your doorstep and says the house you are living in and think you own is actually his and it was illegally taken from him 4,000 years ago.

What would you do?

I would tell the man that possession is 9/10 of the law and the statute of limitations for him to reclaim the home expired 3,990 years ago. As he did not act sooner, the property is no longer his.

most probably the house is in Palestine and the man is Palestine.i presume the current owner is Jewish.so my advise is give the land and house back to him after all when the Jews arrived in Palestine the Palestine's lived there and the Jews just presumed they could take the land wrong it's not theirs to take .READ THE BIBLE.you will get your answers there.as for the stealing Palestine was stolen from the Palestine's.

u know u said everything about the Arabs-Israel conflict ,u said what i know is true but the only solution to the problem is to defend our homes ,land and don't bag from the UN council anything as they only do what the major power in the world want them to do
us and Israel use the UN as a cover to impose reality on us ( this is it , take it or leave it)
they say take what Jews accept u to have now otherwise u will get nothing
HAVE u ever heard about anyone regain his right by bagging ? no ,u have to have faith and power to regain Ur rights
no matter what we can say will change what the imposed on us ,they took the land by force so to regain it we will need force too
sadly ,power controls the world not the justice .
thanks

Do you live in a pyramid? Most houses aren't that old, and where is this guys proof? He must look pretty ugly by now =>. The deceased or reincarnated have no rights they can prove, that is if it is possible in the first place.

Do not let him into your house. In case he's already in, try to be polite with him, act naturally and assess his mental condition. If you think that somethings wrong with him (mentally), leave your house through the back door, go to your neighbor and call 911. Let the police deal with such type of situation.

I would refer him to psychayatrist.Coz four thousand years are too long to trace.
And even if traced it would naturally be of no use.
Coz (if iam not mistaken) law says if someone stays in a place for five years at a stretch that place would be his/hers by law.so this doesnt work out.

I'd spray him on the wall with my Remington 870. Then I'd go to the fridge for a cold beer.
