Very Good. Could be a Hall of Famer. He's got the stuff and is very effective at a relatively young age.

It's actually Huston Street, and it's pronounced like the city of Houston, not the Houston Street in New York. He is good, but he has 6 blown saves in 2006 and he was hurt for the early part of the season. Street is benefitted by set up guys Calero and Sarloos. Jonathan Papelbon is the young closer to watch.

He will be good but not Hall of Fame worthy. It just doesn't seem like he has that famous pitch that other standout closers have to put away batters when they need to.

I doubt he will stay healthy (small frame). I doubt he will rack up the records (too hard to say for closers. One blown save can ruin a career. See Mark Wohlers. See Brad Lidge. See Byun Hyun Kim)

Just too early to tell

Of course, if he develops a fluid motion and a cut fastball, then all bets are off :)

Go Mo

So far so good for a guy who isn't even 23 yet. In about 15 years you can start talking about the HOF...

his only chance at greatness is if the A's pick up Eckersley as a pitching coach. i can see him one day closing out World Series games as a Yankee...because we all know the A's are good contenders but you cannot deny the Yankee drive that always seems to get them to the postseason.

He'll be a VERY good player, but there is no Hall of Very Good.
