There is much suffering during these chaotic and harsh times.

Many prayers, or strong, positive and reassuring thoughts are needed.

everyone is at a different level of understanding,if we understood the meaning of life,we woudnt be here? there is so much around for us to learn,we dont bother and this is end result,cos something is written down,doesnt mean it is truth,after all the person who wrote it is trying to win you round to there way of thinking,just as iam doing by this reply, your own level of understand gives it life,this is a thought world what we think shapes the world,we all belong to the biggest and the best religion in the universe,eternal life

the dalai lama did make a comment about iraq that i found to be a little on the fence:
