I was supposed to have my period this week and didn't, I am off my bc because it made me too emotional, my bf and i have had sex, but i took the test and turned up negative, I have been feeling really sick, Please help

It's a possibility, but the only way to know for sure would be to see your doctor for a blood pregnancy test as this is the most accurate way of testing. The best time to test is at least two weeks after a missed period.

First off, you and your bf shouldn't be having sex if you cant handle the possibility of you getting preg. Second, you need to relax, you are or you arent. Stress can effect a womans cycle. wait a few days and take a test. You might be feeling sick because you are scared. I hope this is a wake up call!!!

Wait another day or two and take a second test using your first urine of the morning (it's the most concentrated so the hormone levels are more easily detectable.) This early in, a false negative is not unheard of and you've had unprotected sex so you have a legitimate reason to be concerned.

well, the birth control can mess with your hormones and cause you to be late. I would wait another week and try to take another test. You aren't necessarily pregnant just because you feel sick, but that is definitely a sign of it. Sometimes, you can feel sick because you think you might be pregnant. You'd be surprised at how much your mind can play tricks on you.
