Well theres many different things. It all depends on what your problem is. Lines, firmness, rediness, etc. Theres many different types of lasers, injectables, etc these days.
Botox is injected into the muscle, it blocks the nerve impulse from reaching that area, and as a result the muscle weakens. As the muscle weakens, the overlying skin relaxes and the wrinkles in the skin gradually soften and often disappear. Botox erases frown lines in the forehead, unfurrows brows (Glabella), and removes crow’s-feet. Results last three to six months and treatments can be repeated as often as necessary.
Restylane is considered a premier wrinkle filler because it is a safe, temporary, non-animal form of hyaluronic acid gel, a naturally occurring substance that binds water to cells. Restylane is injected to fill out creases and lines. It is not to be confused with Botox, which basically relaxes muscles, and they work brilliantly together as a team. The most common areas to have done are lips, nasal labial folds, smile lines and drooping corners of the mouth.
There are tons of different types of lasers like the galazy, polaris, aurora, V beam, IPL, list goes on and on.

water, fruits, veggies, sunscreen, limit sun exposure, no smoking, limit alcohol consumption, plenty of rest, and either OLAY Age Defying Renewal Lotion or OLAY Total Effects. I'm knocking on 40's door and people constantly mistake myself and my teenage daughter for sisters.
