The front lens and back case are welded together w/ high strength plastic resin glue. They are not meant to be separated.

If you have water in the lens, drill a small hole in the lens on each side to allow for the water to drain and for it to air dry. After it has dried out seal the two holes with silicon and smear silicon around the seal of the lens and case. Other option would be to buy a new headlight.

If you are trying to clean the lens due to being hazed, fogged, or yellowed. That is not on the inside but is on the exterior of the lens. Takes special treatment to restore the exterior of the lens

If you are trying to take them apart for cleaning (inside the lens)...you don't have to take them apart. Remove the entire assembly, remove the bulb and place the assembly face down with the hole for the bulb facing up. Fill the entire headlamp assembly with water and cleaning solution and allow to sit over night. Dump the water/cleaner out and spray into the back with a garden hose. Allow to dry completely and return it to the vehicle.
