Not sure what you mean by "hair bands," but the lead singer with the hottest hair was Mick Hucknall from Simply Red.

The second best "hair" was most likely Howard Jones.

Going decrease back to the 70's first, Ann Wilson from heart. about two decades in the past I observed a live performance clip (from perchance 'seventy six or '77) with the band taking area in "loopy On You" and....ok, she became quite, quite warm in that performance. For now i'd ought to assert Tarja. I picked up the Nightwish "end of an era" DVD very last weekend, and her level presence and useful making a music are some thing else back.

Not sure about hot but that group "Europe" used to excite the hell out of me with their performance of "The Final Countdown..." and their big collective hair...
But I'd like to say that hot was either Bon Jovi or that gyrating dude Axle...II Damn that was some real ROCK!
