get a basic pair of white shoes at Payless or another discount shoe store and then "fancy them up". Since you are only going to be wearing them the one time it doesn't matter if they're practical. Use a hot glue gun to add beading or lace or have someone thats handier with that type of thing than you do it.

to tell you the truth a brides secret is payless, i know it sounds tacky, but they have gorgeous shoes and anyway usually you can't tell what shoes are under the dress anyway so you can almost wear white cushy flip flops!!! and another store that as great shoes ( i think) is davids bridal ( i think ) and hope you have a great wedding day!!
