a studio doesnt have a bedroom and will only allow 1 person to live in it so if you ever decide to get a roommate you cant, and I am guessing a single is a one bedroom. also, I think the first 2 sites I listed have an incentive that if you rent from one of them then they will send you a $100 visa card.
