You need a bra with some padding on the sides. That will push your breasts to the center and create cleavage. Go to someplace like Victoria's Secret and don't be shy about asking a salesperson for help.

Get a front closing bra that is one size to small for you. It will force the breasts together in the front.

Try an underwire bra that pushes you up. It will bring the girls closer together and up higher so they look bigger. Victoria's Secret has some good ones.

Underwire push-up. But don't get too much of a push-up.

Go to a lingerie (e.g. Victoria's Secret) store, and talk to a sales lady & get a bra fitting.

You just need to go to the lingerie section and try on about a hundred bras. Everyone's "girls" look different in different bras. Good luck!!!

Go to the American Eagle Outfitters website (http://www.ae.com/web/browse/category_aerie.jsp?navroot=aerie&rcid=aerie) and browse through their different types of bras. Each one explains what it does.
Also try Victoria's Secret.

demi cups or plunge bras from Victoria's Secret. They're really comfortable and have really good support.
