The Girl that I like...likes another guy...still likes me though.?

I went up to her and asked if she liked me.She said YES.Yet shes hesistant to date me?WTF???

...So it turns out the whole time she really liked another senior at my highschool.But she openly admitted to me that the guy might not like her back.Again WTF???

Summary:
She likes me.Not ready to date.Likes another boy(other boy doesnt necessarilly like her back).

Is this my problem or her problem?I think she needs to sort somethings out.I really do like her.And I want her to be happy(i'm actually not in any hurry...but i'm a bit shocked)

PS:We flirt like crazy everyday.

She and I have been friends for awhile now.She said she was sorry to do this to me.I might just let her have her space.Untill shes over whatever her "problem" is.When I say I like this girl I mean it.I myself wont move on.

Also I might like to add that her interest for me is on and off on a daily basis.We could be flirting one day.And she'll be bummed out the next day.

what a biatch, sounds like one of those teasers. She might tease you forever. But you still have a chance buddy, make her jealous. Invite her to join you and another female friend. Ask her to help you out. But try take things slowly. Just be her friend for now.

That is her problem, u need to talk to her and find out why she is hesitant to date you... if its cuz the other guy then you need to get over her because obviously then she doesn't have her prorities straight. but if its cuz of you find out if she'll either take a chance or if things might change but other than that I say just stick with it and follow ur heart.

give her some space and act like you don't wana be by her, and when she gets hurt by the senior then you can be there 4 her, get 2 know the senior to make sure he doesn't secretly like her back
