If You can't find anything on eBay, I suggest You go to a Library, or any place that You have seen Magazine Bound like that, and ask them were they get their binders from. I have done this in the past, and the head librarian gave Me a Specialty catalog just for schools and libraries.

Most office supply stores can order them for you, but they don't usually carry them in-store
