Of that list, I'd like the Star Cruiser... Assuming by Star Cruiser you mean a Mon Calimari type capital ship or something of that sort. It would be so much fun to command the bridge of a piece of naval brilliance! The elegant lines of the MC ships are so deceptively "cute"... Who would think that they hide all kinds of weapons that could blow the others out of the sky!
If I could take my pick of any ship from the Star Wars universe, I'd want the Hapan command ship 'Star Home'. From the Completely Unofficial Star Wars Encyclopedia:
The personal ship used by the Queen Mother of the Hapes Consortium. It was passed from queen mother to queen mother during the 4,000 years leading up to the Battle of Endor. Its design was based on the floorplan to the queen mother's castle, Per'Agthra, on Hapes... The basic design appeared to be a castle set upon a huge, five-pronged base formed from black basalt native to Hapes. As ungainly as it looked, Star Home was quite spaceworthy. It measured some 2,500 meters in diameter... Treasures of unspeakable wealth were proudly displayed in the halls and meeting rooms, having been collected during the 4,000-year existence of Star Home.

A flying castle filled with millennia of treasure! Hell yes!

Gotta go with the Falcon. Fast as a thief, room to lounge around and haul stuff, plus it can kick some serious tail. Sure, it may be a bit of a beater, but I am a people person and don't want something too small, nor something too big. A starcruiser is nice, but you would hardly ever get to know the whole thing. No, I'll stick with the original intergalactic combat RV, the Millenium Falcon.

I think I have to go with the Outrider, the YT-2400 used by Dash Rendar in Shadows of the Empire. It's as fast as the Falcon, but has smoother look to it, you know? I wouldn't mind the Eta-2 Actis-class light Interceptor. Very sleek. But my favorite fighter will always be the T-65 X-Wing.

If I had my choice, I'd call the Lambda-class shuttle. It's the ship the Rebels used to get to Endor, Vader used to take Luke to the second Death Star, and the ship Palpatine arrived on. I love that ship.

Of your four choices, I guess the Falcon. It has its nice points too.

a YT-1300 Corellian frietor like the millenium falcon. An exelent all purpose ship. Fast enough for smugling, manerverable enogh to fight tie fighters, powerful enough to take on capital ships like star destroyers, it is just a great ship.

hmmm. well, its the fastest hunk of junk in the Galaxy. its very cool looking and it is basically a good ship, very fast. as Solo said"it may not look like much but she's got it where it counts. you can also use it to smuggle things in case you need to. nice and roomy..

of your options I would have to go with the M. falcon, but that thing needs so much maintenance...
