Their are scientific answers you could go with. However your best weight is what makes you happy... But if you weigh less than a 100lbs... that's just not right... you're body wont be able to support itself... If I was a 5'9" woman... I'd shoot for a toned 130 but there's a lot of muscle in that.

Coming from somone who 5'9, the maximum weight should be 150-165. I know a girl who is 5'8 and weighs 195.

Some of those are thoughts are ridiculous, on the skinny side115-120, the thick but beautiful side 155 to 160, it also matter where you carry your weight, thick legs, big booty, big chest, take those into account. Look at how you are proportion.

120 pounds the min and 200 pounds the max dont go over 200 pounds then you would look like a slut

I say it dose not matter if your a growing person still as long as you eat the right thing. If you finaly stop growing as long as you excersise and eat right it dose not eat right if you eat the wrong things you will get fat. If you dont eat at all you will feel big time. If you eat right and excersise you will feel great. Trust me I been there down it that is the best answer I could give you

125 lbs. - 168 lbs. is the normal range for weight. That is a bmi (body mass index) of 18.5-24.8. Probably somewhere in the middle of that.
