Anybody else have Netflix multi-shipments (more than 1 disc at a time) and do you feel that sometimes it takes longer for them to "receive in" the returns from you? Do you also think when they e-mail you that they are sending a new one out that they actually aren't? Supposedly it takes about 1 day shipping, but movies that they say should be in on Thursday still aren't in on Saturday sometimes! I may cancel.

I have been with Netflix for 3 years, and I have received mine when said, I have never had any problems, It could be the post office in your area not up to par, I have always received my movie the next day, and when I return, they receive the next day too! Sorry about your troubles, call netflix or write them and find out whats up.

I have noticed that depending on how I return my movies (postal box on the street, pickup from my house, taking to the Post Office) Netflix either receives them quickly or there is a several day lag. I have found it's best if you take them to the Post Office, but then that kinda defeats the whole purpose of doing Netflix from home.

Yep - sounds like you're the newest member of the Netflix throttling list.

Cancel your netflix and switch to Blockbuster. It may take just as long for your movies, but they also give you a free instore rental a week - sorta compensates.

Good luck!

The problem could be with your local mail. I've been a Netflix member for about 5 yrs, and I have no problems.

Yes, this is their policy. It's in the fine print. If you start returning movies too fast, they hold out on sending you new one for a day or two. I found that out the hard way too. Blockbuster Online does it as well.

things like that happen during high mail seasons like mother's day, valentine's day, and other holiday's. if this is a regular occurrence then file a complaint and if there's no corrective action, then cancel.
