Towing is not just about power. You also need the brakes to be able to handle the load as well as the cooling system and drive train. Yes you could make the cars tow a boat, but how would they handle the extra strain put on the car?

Hell no!! Don't be stupid!! You will either ruin the car, hurt or kill yourself or others, or both!! Reason being: The car is not heavy enough!! The first sharp curve and you would probably lose it! Hills and especially steep grades would all be treacherous! Also, attempting to back it down to a slippery wet boat launch......I see the whole schmear in the lake!! No, I would get that thought out of my head if I was you, Mac!!

none of the sports car engine is designed for that kind of TORQUE, even if your car is a normal car with some engine modifications like racing pistons or a turbo you lose all the TORQUE in the engine as you gain more power, in simple facts the modified/sports car has lots of power but low TORQUE

It's not just the power, but the ability of the vehicles chassis and brakes to handle the load, which those cars definitiely could not do. They're great cars bu tnot designed for those kinds of loads.

Yeah, sure. With a hitch, it works.
But if you can afford a ferrari...
Buy an SUV so you don't ruin a transmission that costs more than a used SUV
