Imo spreading democracy in Iraq is not a good enough reason to spend 8 billion per month in war costs. That being said there is no reason good enough that involves American best interests to continue to fight. So..if the war was to eliminate threat..and the threat has since been elimintated..WHY ARE WE STILL THERE???

Thats like keeping the Raiders offense on the field after the game is over...go home and celebrate.

Iraq never posed a threat to the United States. Even if there had been WMD, Iraq never showed any indication that they wanted to use them in an attack against the U.S.
They never attacked us, nor did they treaten to attack us.

Since self defense was never an issue going in, it stands to reason that we are still there because of the same 'non-self defense' reasons.

Because George W. promised to rebuild. Oh, that's right, most folks forgot, Georgie said we'd probably be there for 10 years.

Now, why would WE want to rebuild Iraq? Hmmm.

New World Order. Divide and conquer. Iran, Syria and yes, Israel will be divided into smaller states.
