Can anyone tell me about the history of a founder of Buckeye, Arizona?

I'm looking for info on a man by the name of Malin, possibley Malie, Jackson. All the info I can find is that he was from Ohio and helped start the town of Buckeye. I would like to know about his family, life, death, etc. Anything would be appreciated.
