one of my all time favorite rock bands; I have followed them since their first album. Sadly, I disagree with Bono on "Atomic" - I did not think that was anywhere near their best work.
Don't know if they are retiring, but they have been going a very long time; it would not surprise me if they did.

i think bono might be focusing on the poverty thing and the other guys are fed up with bono
