You cannot be pregnant. Do you still have your ovaries, or are you only missing your uterus? If you do still have your ovaries, you must go see your doctor as you can still suffer gynecological problems.
You didn't indicate what signs of being pregnant you are displaying. I've seen doctors (or so they claim) respond on this forum so being more specific about what's going on could help.

Assuming that you had a hysterectomy, there is no route for the sperm to get to an egg. This removes the possibility of even having a tubal pregnancy. If you had a bilateral salpingo-oopherectomy (they removed the uterus and both ovaries), then there are never any eggs released by your body to be fertalized.
If you are having fullness or swelling in your pelvic area which concerns you, it is important to discuss such concerns with a qualified health professional who knows your full health history and can offer appropriate advice and recommendations.

An ectopic (tubal) pregnancy can happen without a uterus being present. They can be life-threatening, so if you feel that you may be pregnant you need to go see a doctor right away.
Good luck

You could have what they call an ectopic pregnancy. That means the baby grows outside of the uterus. This is a REAL condition.

I don't know what "pregant" is, but if you're asking if you could be pregnant, I doubt it. Unless you still have your fallopian tubes, and it's an ectopic pregnancy. Then you should see a doctor and have it terminated because it could kill you.

You could have a tublar pregnancy, where the fetus is in one of your tubes. It is dangerous, See a dr. if you really think you could be pregnant.
