A heating pad or a warm wet washcloth held against the spot for a few minutes (a couple of times during the day) helps bring the infection to the surface.
Don't overly scrub it, you will only irritate it. Washing your face too much can cause pimples as well.
Toothpaste clogs pores; which can lead to more breakouts. The best thing you can do it wait it out.
We all go through it. You notice the breakout more than anyone else.

Try crushing up an aspirin, adding some water, and then make a paste. Rub it on the pimple and leave it there for as long as you like. Then wet a wash cloth with very hot water, and hold it against it for like a minute, then moisturize your face with oil free moisturizer, and then try putting a thin layer of your clean and clear spot treatment.

If you have some proactive mask put it on there when you sleep if not you can try warm water compresses and see if you can get it to come to the surface faster. You just put hot water in a bowl and dip a wash cloth in it. then apply to just the pimple. repeat several times and see if that works. Do not pop it however.

Well what i always do id put a hot wash cloth over it and let it sit for about 2 minutes (its so your pores will open up) then gently squeeze it so it will pop. Its the pimple is not to a head yet (Is has a white/yellow head) then don't pop it. its not ready yet and you could end up scaring your skin. yuck i hate pimples! good luck Chick!

Visine. Yes, I really mean it. It really works. Drop a few drops on the end of a q tip and apply it to the pimple. It will reduce redness too.

Try egg white, a few times. When it dries, it brrings the bump to a head. You may be able to squeeze it out gently without bruising.
If that doesn't work. Cleanse Cleanse Cleanse.
Hope this works
