one-pieces are hit or miss. you either end up w/ the mom-kind (skirts attached and room for DDD boobs or a speedo so you can tryout for water polo)
macy's swim.com will have some, but not cheap.
everything but water will also have some. also not cheap.
for a quality suit, expect to pay $90 or so. i know it's a rip, but you need a good one.
also- there are places that will make one to your specifications and you can show them what you want. that may be the route for you :D

This all depends on what you call modest. Some call a full body suit modest. The latter are used for religious reasons.
If you are looking for a swimsuit that is unusual and could be adjusted by the factory to suit your body flow or opinion then I suggest you look at http://www.xen.co.za
They cater for all tastes but are not cheap as they specialize in designer wear.
