ebay? They have just about everything. But I would try just going to yahoo or google and typing "Such-and-such-team cell phone faceplate" (with the quotes but replacing "such-and-such-team" with your favorite team's name obviously) and see what comes up. You should be able to find one somewhere, and hopefully it will be made for your phone. Cell phone covers for flip phones for example are kind of hard to find. You can also try those little cell phone kiosks in the mall if you have any. They have some cool stuff sometimes.
If all else fails, get some sticks for your favorite team and use those on your phone. Good luck!
