You need a work visa and a plane ticket

Rhett has a point. But if you really want get here, alot depends on what you do. If you do something thats in high demand (read: the more technical the better) you can probably apply to the American consulate for a work visa. Also helps if you can find a company that will offer you work when you get here.

why come to the USA? iceland has much better democracy.
check out the benefits when deciding where to live.
it should have free or cheap healthcare and education, no draft, and mainly not be at war.
imagine the bills that will come due for IRAQ etc.
why should you pay those?

YOU DON'T WANT TO LIVE HERE BECAUSE 50% OF YOUR PAY CHECK IS GONE BEFORE YOU GET IT DUE TO FED. INCOME TAXES.
