analytical is generally for determining what is in a substance or for purifying substances, or for anything else a company would need

physical occasionally has applications in analytical, but it's much more technical and much more interested in discovering new things without respect to whether or not those things are useful

Analytical Chemistry is the chemistry of analysis, meaning how much stuff is in some other stuff. A good example might be: how much gold is in seawater? or how much copper does a penny contain?
Physical Chemistry deals with thermodynamics and entropy and Gibbs free energy and equilibrium constants and that sort of stuff. Physical Chemistry is the most mathematical of the Chemistry fields.
