It's really hard to end a friendship, usually harder than it is to end a relationship, because you have probably been friends for a long time and there is a lot of intimacy and emotional attachment. It really depends on what the problem is. If you're just irritated with the person you can try to stick it out, because hopefully things will get better. If there's bigger issues that you don't think your friendship can overcome sometimes you have to make the decision to protect yourself. It's never easy and there's pros and cons to either decision you make so you have a to be prepared for that.

Yes I have broken up a friendship before. I really don't regret it, even though it was painful for a minute, but I knew she wasn't the right friend for me in the long run. Hopefully oneday I will find that right friend!!

Yes, I have broken up with a friend before, and it is very painful! I cant actually say that we " boke up." The decision was out of my hands because I slept with him when I had just a little too much to drink! I really regret it because nothing was the same after that!

Yes, when i've found out that the person who i thought was a so-called friend and ended up not being one.
In this life, we seem to have so many friendships but so few genuine ones.

Yes, I did end the friendship and did not regret it.
Her daughter died of cancer so now we are back together.

Yeah I have. With a lot of them. Not b/c i am a b*tch its b/c I am extremely loyal and if you are not like that with me then your dissed. I dont regret it though. Some ppl are p*ssys
