You can get a voice recognition system like Via Voice. Then get a microphone and talk. It will recognize your voice and type for you.

Rest your fingers on the A,S,D,F & J,K,L,; keys. When you want to use a key on the top row or bottom row, always reach with the finger just above or below that key. Try to make a mental picture of the keyboard, and eventually remember where every key is.

Don't look at your fingers while you type; try to do it without looking. Eventually you will be able to remember each key's location, and it will become easy. Practice, practice, practice!
