Hundreds of ways, too lazy to list all of them.
First and second of importance to lower it though, are DIET and EXERCISE.
Specifically, this means eating low cholesterol foods like fruits and veggies and not eating high cholesterol foods like most meats and anything with lots of salt.
Also, you MUST exercise every day to reduce the cholesterol, and do both aerobic and resistance exercises (aerobic=running, swimming, etc., resistance=weightlifting, biking).

Are you talking about without drugs? Exercise, a glass of red wine before dinner, if you can tolerate it, Niacin tablets..Salads, fiber supplements like Citrucel.. Other than that, there are many excellent prescription drugs for cholesterol like Lipitor, and many other 'statin' drugs.

Eat oatmeal, stay away from cheese , buy Egg Beaters or other egg substitute products. Get a physical checkup because you might need medication in addition to the good lifestyle changes you can make.

This is not a recommendation but I use Crestor.
I exercise.
And I have lowered my saturated fat intake.
All things being equal genetics plays a big part in the problem.
Good Luck
