I would like to have the ability to remotely view any place and time.
I could look back to Nov. 22, 1963 and find out if Lee Harvey Oswald really was acting alone. I could find abducted children, solve "cold case" crimes, help located wanted criminals.
I might even find out who put the ram in the ramalamadingdong ...

Personally I'd go for shape-shifting, like Mystique, T-1000 and Odo, since it's a power where if anything went wrong I'd be the only one affected and it would still allow me to get by in everyday life.
The big showy powers (lightning, flying, telepathy, etc.) would always alienate you from other people, but shape-shifting would give you the opportunity to blend in anywhere.

Telekinesis, then I would be able to tease people., freak them out.. like, move their glass, turn the tv off and on, and volume up and down!! lol.. they would think there was a ghost... hehe

either invisibility to snoop (I like to snoop, it's awful how nosy I am) or flying!!!!!!!!! I would love to fly! I would fly everywhere. I have dreams about flying and it's so fun that feelng of lifting, and being able to go anywhere and see anything. To dodge danger, everything.

The power to eliminate Traffic, cause it would be usefull and people would really like that...Adamantium claws couldn't get me through rush hour.
