I am 5' 6" and 129 lbs. I have been this size since highschool and I'm now 28. I work out at least three times a week, but my lower belly always sticks out! No matter how many abs I do, how low my body fat % is, there's a buldge. The only exception is first thing in the morning, but even after a piece of toast, it pops out. It's been like this all my life.

Yeah, my back does curve forward. If I lay down, there's lots of space between my lower back and the floor.

Sounds like it's more in your head than anything ... many of the advertisements we see "Paint Brush" the models so that this does not show on them.

However, I believe "Grace" and "Good Posture" can also help get rid of this. Try adding Yoga, and BOSU classes to get your grace and good posture. Sometimes, this is all you need to find peace with your body.

I kind of know what you mean, I have close to the same problem. But are you sure that it isn't part of your body's normal shape? What I mean is, I've noticed sexy chicks bellies extend forward a bit, but their back does also! so it's like a natural curve in the body...in other words, I would consider the thickness of that area instead. Is your back carrying excess fat, or is it curved inward?

That's the way a woman's body is supposed to be-naturally- think about the parts that are down there and what they are used for, those parts of your body are meant to expand and contract- if it really bothers you, do leg lifts targeting you lower abs...
