Hitler was limited by a lack of natural resources; Roosevelt was (thankfully) limited by the Constitution; Stalin was limited by the paranoia that haunted him day and night. All three were egomaniacs who wanted unlimited power. Fortunately, all three were handicapped by the limitations they faced.

Chow!!

There are VAST differences between these three characters starting from the way they were elected to the day they died. For example, Hitler basically rose to power out of the middle of no where as the leader of a fringe right wing political party, FDR was voted into office and Stalin entered office after a power struggle and manipulation of his political opponents.

In terms of the economy of their respective countries, Hitler was able to boost the economy of Germany by the remilitarization of Germany. In other words, Hitler added more jobs to Germany by using unemployed Germans to build military equipment. FDR attempted to pull the US out of the Great Depression through his numerous social welfare programs. Stalin, by way of his chaotic economic theories, was responsible for the deaths of millions of Ukranians and millions of other Soviet citizens.

In fighting WWII, Hitler was obviously the agressor. What many neglect to realize is that Stalin and Hitler were allied in the beginning stages of the war...up until June 1941 when Hitler attacked the Soviet Union.

Anyway, hope this helps somewhat. This is a very broad question and I am not really sure what exactly you wanted.
