ok so i have this so called friend whos boyfriend treats her like shittt its terrible he cheats on her theen tellls her shes the only one for him blah blah.. so today he starts with me nd my other friend britt who are michelles best friends she doesnt even stand up to him she lets him call us everyname in the book.. she doesnt get it hes a scumbag. i just wanna know why she would chose him over her frineds who have been there with her through everything..

Did you ever think that their might be something more behind the scenes. Maybe he makes her feel like **** or he might be abusive towards her. I mean really look at the big picture does she seem to be afraid of him or maybe her self esteem is so low that she does not think that she can find something better. And try talking to her and see what is going on with her and him and ask her if she is a true friend why didnt she stand up to him when he was being rude to you. I mean a true friend would realize that men come a dime a dozen and that friends well at least true friends will stick right by you forever.

Ya know someone told me once that there was no such thing as gravity, the whole world just sucks! Friends reflect the human condition cause they are only humans. It is in our nature to lie, put down, be sneaky, and hurtful. Gods nature is nothing like this so where is it coming from? Yoooour right, Satan! We live in a fallen world where people can be untrustworthy and it's getting easier to be nasty. Every day It's only getting worse. Remove yourself from this pack now. Step out at once. Don't be dependent on others for a feeling fix. You'll be disappointed believe me I know. The problem is, people reject the man who came and died on the cross 2000 years ago for our sinful, lying, cheating, rotten, human nature. He offers the world honesty, peace, truthfulness, kindness, gentleness, love, salvation and everybody just says ho hum, all that is not for me. Is it surprising then that we have friends who's boyfriend treats her like shittt, cheats on her blah, blah, blah,! Tell Jesus you need his forgiviness for your sins ask him and his peace, love, kindness, to come into your life and save you. Get away from this crowd and find people who are like Jesus. Being a Christian will not make you perfect but being obiedient to Christ and having friendship with him is wonderful. It's the only real lasting friendship because it will last forever. He's waiting.

You can only communicate so much before your friend needs to make a decision for herself and then it is her decision to make.
If she values the relationship with him more, and he is actually using her, she would ultimately lose all of you in her life.
You have a choice to make here as well. And that is whether you want to be around such people?
Something has to give one way or another or everyone will go around eventually hating everyone else. Develop the relationship or part ways before it gets too intense.

A TRUE friend is going to be there for you threw bad BF's and all. She is "blinded" by her feelings for this guy and seems to not be able to tell him how she feels up front. One of these days she is going to realize he has taken and treated everyone she knows away from her. She has to learn this on her own. But stay close she is going to need you when she finally stands up to him!

she will have to learn the hard way..my best friend gave up everything for a man and wouldnt listen to me and now she is having to start all over..if she is truly your friend then give her some space and if shes not that good of a friend then let her go..our friendship was a 22 year friendship so i felt it was worth saving....

stop being so selfish! first off look at it from her poitn of view, it sounds like this guy is really abusing her and has her by the mind and that is very bad and you should tell her parents so he can get the hell on.... u all need to reach out to her and get her from this guy before he destroys her!
save ur friend... i think she feels even worse that she is helpless and i know when hes gone she will be better tell her parent and tell the priciple, tell someone

She made that choice and she rather to have him than best friend and friends. and that sad.... I think that should let it go and if you see him ingore act like you are deaf and walk away let other friends knows. and if something happen between her and her boyfriend and she come to you for help just let her know you made that choice to be with your boyfriend and we made that choice not to tell you what your boyfriend done to us. simple is that.

Because she's scared. He has most likely told her that she was a piece of trash and he derserved better. And she is most likely scared of loseing him and also you. I would suggest sitting down with her and talk it out. Try and see what she sees.
