The number of packages delivered on time divided by the total number of packages delivered. This will give you a percentage for on time delivery. For instance, if your packages are supposed to be delivered by 12 pm and you deliver 9 packages on time and one package after 12 pm, you're percent effect would be 90%
(9/10).
