- If you really want to do it then I think you should go for it; there are black women with natural hair in corporate America, otherwise there will be more lawsuits waiting to happen. Depending on how brainwashed your circle is (no offense) will determine how they feel about it but the benefits of natural hair will probably out weigh all the negativity - Your hair should grow faster and longer and be healthier ; there is a lot to explore as far as products and hair styles - You'll have to find out and decide if it looks right on you; if you don't like it you don't have to wear it in an afro, there are so many different styles to wear with natural hair :)
