I thought Bush was a pious Christian. But now he is using extremely offensive language while he is representing our Christian nation to the rest of the world. Doesn't this make him a hypocrite? I don't want my six children to hear that kind of language. It is patently offensive to my Christian faith.

I have been saying the same thing all day. I don't believe he is a Christian at all. He came out against abortion, has done nothing. He came out against gay marriage, has done nothing. He is a fake of the first class.

Christians have all sinned, and come short of the glory of God. I am so happy to see he is human. I'm a
christian, but I'm also human. Why do people think just because your saved and love God, and Jesus, that all of a sudden your perfect. No one is perfect but our Lord. It's hard sometimes to walk the walk, especially when you live and work around other types of people. I am climbing a mountain and everytime I almost reach the top I slip down a few feet. I'm sure the President with all the pressure has to show a human side. God never said it would be easy.
Bush and I are a piece of coal in Jesus's hand, and he if crushing it (us) with a closed fist. Someday when we are old, he will open his hand and we will be a Diamond. Atheists have it easy, we don't, but we have peace.

If every Christian who cussed was thrown out of religion, it would become one of the smallest religions in the world.
I do not cuss but I have almost no friends that do not cuss. They include Baptist, Methodist, Catholics, Mormons, Holinist &several others. Stop being pious in your judgement of others. If you do not want to hear it cut off your TV, disconnect your computers, stay away from resturaunts & malls, & never go near a marina - boat people can be the worst. Oh yeah, college is defintely out!

First of all, I am a Christian and I swear. You want to judge his salvation based on his use of the English language?
Second of all, the man didn't realize he was on mic. Had he known that, he would not have said those things. But the media is downright rabid to show Bush is the worst possible light. I am sure they think they have hit gold, but sorry, it's not.

Actually the commandment is not to take the Lords name in vain, not you shall not cuss. Profanity is bound from secular beliefs.
This is the biggest waste of air time that has been on the TV for a long time. This is just a baseless attack and people are trying to make something out of it that it is not.

He gets frustrated too and maybe he's venting. After all half the country doesn't support or like him so that has to be hard on him. At least he's nothing like Clinton was chasing after skirts every spare second of his politician time.
