There's a difference if your attracted to the person, since I'm not attracted to men I wouldn't enjoy it as much at all...
I would also think that women's lip are more naturally soft and smooth, therefore sexier.

There is a definite difference if you are physically attracted to the person or not. If you mean blindfolded, well then that would depend on the individual and the type of kisses that he/she likes.
