Started Nuvaring on the 14th of July (Friday). Didn't use condom.

yes, you can be pregnant... it takes the hormones at least a month to affect your cycle ( menstraul period) ALWAYS use condoms... the pill does not protect you from AIDS, or other sexually transmitted diseases! Please for your own heath & safety always use condoms!

The only thing that is 100% is Not having sex so even if you have of used a back up condom and you had waited the right amount of time after starting you pill you could be pregnant. So I say yes, but wait until you cycle is suppose to come on because even if you take a test now it could come back negative.

You could be. You can take a home pregnancy test A week from the day. Or a blood test 24 hours after. Did your Physician not tell you to use a back up form of birth control for 4 to 6 weeks??

However, if you haven't started your period yet it may be that the pill you are on is too strong for you (unless you don't want to have your period any more, in which case it's fine). Do a pregnancy test and call your doctor.

Yes it is possible and I am sure your doctor WARNED you to use a back up method till the birth control pill takes full effect. You should always listen to your doctor.
