Use a software such as RealPlayer to rip the music off of the CD. It's free. Transferring music from a CD to your mp3 player is perfectly legal, you just need the right software. ;)

Hope this helps!

I use a program called WinOnCD 6 for copying CD,s it starts by asking what you want to do then you press 1 to 1 copy this little window pops up and says reading TOC then without fail tells me this CD is copyrighted then proceeds to totally ignore the copyright and makes a perfect copy even of its self !its made by a firm called ROXIO and as I said earlier its called winoncd 6 power edition its a funny, quirky program and it has a simple little game you can play while the cd is burning so you don't get bored it has never failed to copy any CD I have thrown at it some people like Nero and never give any other program a fair go don,t know if that helps u any but I tried 2 help !!!!!!!!!!!!!
