I'm pretty sure it's not an STD or anything, because I've never had sex nor had someone touch me. I don't want to go to the doctor...I'm too shy/embarassed :\ Any ideas what it is? It was only one.

It sounds like an ingrown hair and you should keep the area clean so no infection sets in, Otherwise it should be no problem and you will probably get more in the future

Could of just been a normal spot put some tea-tree or something on there and if it hasnt gone in a week and your still worried then go and see a Dr.
Tea-Tree is a natural anti-baterical sap from a plant, its in many Acne products but I find this isnt pure enough go to a health food shop and ask for something like Thursday Planation Tea Tree Gel, dont use pure tea-tree either cause its powerful stuff and may do more harm than good hope this helps.

dont worry brother we men all get those at on time or another if ya shave down there use a new sharp ravor everytime if not thats good too leave it alone and it will heal

an ingrown hair or it actually was a pimple.
