you cant make someone love you but you can try to make them fall in love with you i guess you would have to find out what he likes and what he is into,you might have to change your looks and the way you dress hair colour and your personality but then again is it worth all that just for a guy attention who doesnt love you at first sight you are better off to wait and find your true love who will love you for who you are and what you are
