my day is almost over and I did not have any fun...just work, work and more work....did something funny happened to you?

I was bringing a crock pot of chili to work for a potluck luncheon and the pot tipped over in my car! My car is new so I just scooped up the chili and put it back in the pot. No one knew a thing!

This is hard to explain but I'll try. Went to my exwife's ostensibly to pick up a souvenir that she said she had for from her recent Caribean cruise. I'm thinking, Wonder what kind of cheap piece of junk that she bought me (with my money). I'm hoping to have a serious talk with her but when I get there, my 17 year old daughter who won't talk to me is in the living room filling out a job application. My ex gives me a wooden whistle. It's actually something I can use while canoeing. The atmosphere is cool, sorta "Here's your gift, why don't you leave." But I sit down and chat with them for 10 or 12 minutes. I'm good at telling jokes and I remember two jokes about job applications. They both laugh quite a bit. I know about a temp job and I ask my daughter if she's interested. She is. I leave. I make a phone call and get my daughter the job. I come back to the house later, driving my other daughter (the human one) home and stop in to tell my daughter what to wear and when I will pick her up to take her to the job.
I don't know if you think this is funny but I get a kick out of it. I'm thrilled to be able to do something for the ungrateful wretch.

My friend suspecting her live-in boyfriend of cheating did not recognize the # of a caller on their home phone. She asked me to call the # on three-way. I did and the call rolled over to voice mail. She then promptly had me hang up...
Turned out 2 b their church pastor's #.

not to me personally. but i see georgie boy bush got himself taped using fowl language. that sure made me giggle.
thinking about it, he's good for a laugh at least once a week...

Yup...but then again...it would only be humorous to me...I have days like that!......sometimes weeks....and really did have a year like that a while back....or was that yesterday?
