Well you are in luck, my company which is based in Ohio will give you a loan regardless of credit. With you filing bankruptcy you are only gaurenteed a loan for up too $100,000. Now assuming that you want $100,000 this will be the process:
1. Fill out our " I Need Some Cash Application
2. Mail it, Fax it, Email it or Pony Express it to our office
3. We will review your application ( it should only take 3 minutes)
4. No credit check, No employment verification
5. Everyone is approved
6.With a $100,000 loan, your looking at a 3.9% intrest rate and $7.93/ month repayment.
7. Once you make 3 consecutive payments we will report your good standing to the credit bureaus.

To get started, I suggest contacting the Small Business Administration Financing Page (SBA) – links below. Entrepreneur also offers a great site dedicated to money & finance – see below.

Research, research, research – this cannot be stressed enough. Read as much as you can. Here are some book titles that are relevant:

* Free Money for Small Businesses and Entrepreneurs by Laurie Blum
* Finding Money: The Small Business Guide to Financing (Small Business Series) by Kate Lister, Tom Harnish
* Financing Your Business Dreams With Other People's Money: How and Where to Find Money for Start-Up and Growing Businesses by Harold R. Lacy
* No Cash No Fear: Entrepreneurial Secrets to Starting Any Business with No Money by Terry Allen
* Starting on a Shoestring: Building a Business Without a Bankroll by Arnold S. Goldstein

There are plenty of free informational resources out there. Check the source box for links to articles.

Hope that helps! I wish you much success & happiness in all your ventures!

Get a better job and earn it. Many entrepaneuers(sp?) fail the first two times they start out. So bad credit isn't necessarily an issue. But you're going to have to prove to the bank that you are willing to work hard to earn your keep with this business. They're not just going to hand you a loan, unless you can explain away your monetary troubles. Start small and earn it until you can get your business license. Then when you have a few grand saved up, call the bank.

See what the U.S. Small Business Administration can do. They're a government agency that helps small businesses start up and get loans from banks. I interned with the agency last summer.
They have what are called Small Business Development Centers where people will sit down with you at no cost and will help you put together a business plan and get started. These are located all over the country.

If you are serious, here is a plan.:
Look for a job in a shop owned by an old person. Agree to work for him/her for a number of years at a lower wage than normal, provided at the end of the term the shop passes to you. I had a friend who did that.

I'm sorry but, it's like you're living in lala land...first of all, pay off all your debt...you have bad credit because u don't pay your bills on time...you need to work on that first before ask for a loan...you can't get rich if you're in debt

Move to India and become an Indian citizen. Move back to the United States and the government will give you a 7-11.

Maybe start out with a home-based ebay store. Costs no $$ up front. Then build capital from there.
