Agree with some of the answers here, especially the water therapy. Try the water therapy method where you drink 1.25 litres of water every morning. ITs difficult to do but really effective.
Also juice/eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables....There is a cool article i read called your best face is on your plate, I put a link to it.

Don't just shower often, that will dry it out . When u shower ,use moisturizing soap and when u get out, put baby oil all over ur skin and pat dry. always use lotion after washing, bathing, and showering. That is when the lotion penetrates the skin. Try it, in a couple of weeks, u will have beautiful skin. Guaranteed. Be consistant
