Where would you like to see yourself in the next 10 years? Using the most recent events that have taken place in your life where do you see yourself in the next 10 years and compare that to where you would like to see yourself doing in 10 years?

We'll I would like to be done with college and being able to practice medicine. I would like to own a house, I'm not sure if I want to live in the US anymore, but I'll just have to see about that.
The only recent events in my life are putting me on the track to get out of this small town and into cities where college and other options will be available to me, so I think I am on the right track.
