What's the best thing to do on a hot summer day if you live someplace like Corvallis, home to nothing?

I dotn know where corvallis is but some fun things you can do when its hot out is....
Have a waterballon fight with some of your friends or turn on a sprinkler and run around in it lol (im so immature)
Or you can go to a pool or beach or just tan in your back yard lol

I don't know anything about Corvallis, but I'm sure there are some museums you could check out. You could go see a movie, or if you're short on cash rent one.
But I say go to a museum.
