There is no set formula for "getting a guy" because all guys are human (hope that didn't come as a surprise) and humans are among the most diverse and different when it comes to personalities, like and dislikes.
However, there are a few things that can help you and you might be disappointed after seeing how basic and simple they are.
1. Be Yourself - guys always like girls that are not too shy but not too obnoxious either and who just let their personality "shine through".
2. Smile - no one likes to be around a grouchy, depressed kind of person and besides, smiles are contagious. Before you know it, you'll have your guy laughing along with you, having a great time. This is the kind of vibe you want to give of to people.
3. Don't Worry - the world is full of guys, if you don't get that one guy you really liked, there's plenty more. Don't ever ever ever cry over a guy if he doesn't like you or if things don't go well. Remember, RESPECT YOURSELF so that others can respect you!

Be perfect in every aspect, be beautifull, be smart, have a perfect body, have long hair, be subserviant, beg always, cry your eyes out perpetually, respect him with all your being, devotion to the max, and always, always, be there no matter what. Of course this is if he will allow it.............

Just be yourself and don't try to empress anyone. Let them come to you. That way if your true to yourself then you'll know which guys like you for you. Get it? Just be yourself.
