Is your sister really ok with it, or is she just saying that to make it seem like she has no feelings for him. I mean, it can start some tension but, if you really like this guy go for it. Make a list of all the bad things that can happen and all of the good things that can come from it. If there are more good things than bad then go with it. If not you know what to do.

No. They should have made the move from Mom and Dad being the most important to each other being the most important, and they should have made a permanent, exclusive commitment to each other before having sex. Since they kind of got things backwards, they need to take care of the other stuff too so that what they did will have the right meaning.
Bottom line: Don't make it more difficult than it has to be for them to do the right thing - in principle they already belong to each other.

Girlfriend don't go through it. She will say that she is ok, but when she see you guys together she will have a feeling, am telling you.
She lost her virginity to him, don't matter what she will always have a feeling for him though deep or slight.

Why not? If you can handle it and think its the best thing to do then go for it, your sister shouldn't have a problem with that anyway.
