Okay not ethical but could be profitable. First figure out how to hie your number when you call people. Second find your local phone book. Go down the list and call everyone on the list. Ya you will get a lot of no's but you will also get alot of yes's.

I knew an insurance salesmen that did this to sell insurance, sure it can work for you.

1. Post a flyer, if you can, at home depot, or another building supply place.

2. You can purchase leads, about 1,000 a month for around $150.00 a month online (search sales leads) at www.ask.com. Recent home purchasers, refinancers, movers. Think about it. When you do a refinance you are either 1 consolidating bills, 2 lowering your monthly payments, 3 considering remodeling home. When you move into a place that has already existed, you 1. Want to make it your own by remodeling 2. Need to remodel due to existing conditions. 3. Want to upgrade to state of the art countertops, cabinets, toilets and baths.

I'm in auto sales and have had success with the below company.

You'll need to be able to purge the list from the National Do Not Call list. Any business can get a PIN number for this, and you get 5 zipcodes for free. You have to pay a few bucks a year for more zip codes if you need more.

I Did it with the products I sell by creating my own Web page. Yahoos is pretty inexpensive. If you need help in creating one. You can go to Microsoft.com for Web page designing.
Also Maybe some fliers. Make sure they are bright colored. And put them up in grocery stores etc.. in your area.
I wish you the best of luck with your business.

I would go door to door in an older neighborhood. Don't be pushy, just ask if they have any interest in exploring the options of remodeling.
