ONLINE FREE STUFF WARNING! â
â
â The only problem with free stuff sent to your home is that it isn't really free. You have to pay the shipping and handling. Quite often they add the actual price to the shipping and handling to fool you into thinking you are getting it for FREE! Even if they didn't add the price to the shipping and handling it still isn't 100% free. You are still paying the shipping and handling.
â There is no way you are going to convince me that the shipping and handling is $33 for a simple mouse pad.

sometimes it means the product is free for a week, until they start automatically billing your credit card regularly every week after that and you have to practically take them to court to make them stop...
sometimes it means free if you purchase something from three of our sponsors, open your email to truckloads of spam that will clog your inbox and render your e-mail useless, and sell all your personal information to random companies..and you have to spend about three hours filling out forms about personal information only to find out you still have to purchase three products from their list of sponsors ...
Sometimes it means free after a rebate, so you have to pay the money, fill out a rebate form, print out and mail the receipt, only to be turned down for the rebate because they say you used the wrong form or the offer was expired...regardless of you following all the directions.
Sometimes it means you get to download a whole program, like an antivirus program, for FREE but it doenst actually WORK . The program is extremely limited, and has blocked its various functions until you pay for a subscription... it will say "Your computer is infected!! (thanks to us) to disinfect now subscibe to antivirus pro!"
Sometimes it just means this is a blatant rip off scam...
whatever it means, nothing worthwhile is actually free.

It's rare to find anything truely free anymore. Nowadays, "free" implies that you don't pay money, but you pay time. time viewing ads, signing up for useless junk, etc.
